I wonder what my son’s class will be wearing come Halloween. I wish they would inform us early so we can prepare for it as I am getting tired of doing things the last minute. I am also looking at various Halloween party invitations this early. But I guess, the school’s Halloween celebration will just be a simple one. It has always been like that as they don’t want parents to spend so much on costumes and other things. It’s only right as I don’t have much left after paying for the school tuition fee.

I came across these boy’s room over at Simply Natural. I just don’t know when I can have DS stay in his own room or at least in his own corner in the room. I am not in a hurry though. He can co-sleep with us as long as he wants. Seriously.

Anyway, this is my favorite. It’s white and simple and clean. Accessories and sheets can be used if you want to add some color into this.

This one I like because of the double bed. DS would love the stairs, however he has no one to share this with.

This teepee is fun. Kids would love to have one in their own bedroom.

I have always loved big couches. I haven’t found a big enough couch here and if ever I come across one, it’s too expensive for our budget. So I just settled for a daybed. And I’m loving my daybed and I plan to add more pillows to make it more comfy. It’s big enough for the whole family except of course when it would be filled with DS’s toys and books.

I would also love to have a similar nook where I can spend some time, reading, doing crafts and yes sleeping.

My budgeting skills are being tested once again. I am not so bad in budgeting, but I am not good either. There are those months when I am all organized with our spending, and then there are those months that I am not. I really, really need to sit down and budget and prepare envelopes and really be strict with the money. Our son is enrolled for summer school, and next school year he will be on a 5 days per week class so that spells higher tuition fees. Add to that the car insurance that we are planning to get. Good thing, I came across Insurenow4less.com. The site has helped me a lot, especially in understanding the importance of having insurance, be it health, life, home or auto. As they say, better safe than sorry. Insurenow4less.com likewise aims to get us the best insurance policy, with the lowest price, too without sacrificing the coverage or protection. I was looking for cheap car insurance quotes, and I’m glad I stumbled upon this site.

Here is the bookshelf. It holds most of the DS’ things. He still has a few more books somewhere in the house and some big toys kept in our extra room. These are the things he plays with regularly. I intend to keep his things at a minimum at is hard to keep them orderly. If he gets a new toy, we need to let go of an old one. I plan to get him a toy cash drawer as he is fond of pretending to shop. I am not limiting his books though. He loves books, sticker books and activity books especially. You should see his excitement whenever I give him a new book.

We have a distant relative who owns and manages a care giving center in the US. I believe they are planning on expanding their business and are currently looking for someone who can help them with their expansion. They came across Dan Neumeister on the internet and has read good stuff about him. He is a healthcare executive with broad hospital management skills. They believe he can help them with their expansion as Dan’s skills include implementation of organizational change and sales and marketing for community hospitals and medical centers, among others. He has also been providing independent consulting to various hospitals, doing strategic planning, developing a work plan that reduced the expenses extensively and more.

For more inputs on self help ideas and mental health concerns, head over to the profile page of Dan Neumeister, a well-known healthcare executive in California. You can also find another profile of Dan Neumeister here.

The frames do not have the usual photo sizes so I really need to have photos resized before having them printed. While in search for auto parts franchises, I came across this wall from one of the blogs I am subscribed to. They use magnet boards from Ikea. Changing and rotating the pictures every now and then is so much easier than traditional frames. How I wish I thought about this sooner.
