I love this idea I came across at TheNester.com. We do have several empty walls in the house, the dining room especially, and this looks like a very nice idea. You can leave them as they are. Or you can little things on top. And you can easily change those little knick knacks depending on the season. You can even put little pots of plants and even little vases of flowers. And speaking of, you might have a use for these ProFlowers rush codes, especially now that Mother’s Day is just around the corner. Anyway, I will surely be visiting the home depot soon. I have to look for these pretty little things.

Another option for the photos in the house. I am actually leaning towards less but bigger photos to display on our wall. I also plan to have our current frames changed into black ones, same sizes preferably. I try to look around the mall, when I have the chance, for affordable but nice picture frames. As expected, I spend more time on shoes womens section and clothes section, as well so I haven’t started on this project yet. But I am not in a rush anyway. I will find the perfect frames at the perfect time, i.e. when I have the money to buy them. For now, I will just look around for inspiration and ideas.

I think I want this for our bare wall outside. One of the best things about our place is the birds. We have tons of birds here and you would often see them resting on our window grills. And I love to listen to them chirping away. I am just glad that they still find time to “visit” even if we already cut down our big tree in front of the house.

I wonder if these would look good in our house. We are having our house repainted and it had to be finished before Christmas. It is actually DH’s project so there’s really no pressure. We are just waiting for the rainy season to pass and then the repainting project will proceed. We do have several little projects for the house, thus my shopping list mostly contains items for the house. Hopefully, if God wills it, prenatal one multivitamin will be on my shopping list again. For now, I am just enjoying our house improvement projects. I love how we are slowly transforming our humble little home.

I am seeing lots of pretty curtains in the internet and it makes me want to have ours replaced. But as much as I love curtains, I would prefer to have shutters instead. Both my son and I have asthma, so it is not advisable to have curtains. If only we can have our current home renovated, installing shutters would be a top priority.
