Cook More Often.
That’s what I promise to do more this year. Mainly because frequent eating out is taking a huge chunk on our budget. Plus of course, I want my family to eat healthier meals. Too much fast food and take out can be a bad thing. I am following Organizingyourway.net’s tip to help me do this.
1. Plan your meals and grocery lists.
2. Create an idea file and a favorites list.
3. Throw in some easy options.
4. Keep extra meals in your freezer.
5. Put it on your daily schedule.
6. Take note of the obstacles.
I know this is not going to be easy and I bet I’ll be needing the best acne treatment.
