Project Management.
My friend is seriously considering taking some courses related to her current field. Several companies have been laying off employees left and right, and my friend thinks that she does need to enhance her skills in order to guarantee her stay in the company. She currently is looking into St. Joseph University Online Management Certificate Program. She is in IT and she is planning to take Project Management courses. To get the CAPM certificate, you have to complete the course. The first part of the course will provide an overview about project management. Scheduling, budgeting, and meeting standards are also taught. The second part will tackle on the skills needed to manage multiple projects, and the roles of a project manager. Then they also have the industry exam preparation and the PM certification. I hope she completes her course soon.
