Lemon Tuyo Pasta.

I am craving for my lemon tuyo pasta. It was inspired by this recipe, but since DH is not so fond of shrimps, I replaced it with tuyo. I used bottled tuyo in olive oil. I sauted chopped garlic in olive oil, then added zest of lemon, then I added tuyo. I then added cooked pasta and some lemon juice, plus salt and pepper. I would like to add some arugula but I didn’t find any in the grocery. I am now looking for healthy grilling recipes to pair with my pasta.
